| My husband and I are so blessed to have Goodale Homes, Inc. as our builder/contractor. After moving to Missouri from California, we were worried about not knowing who was trustworthy in the building industry and about being able to find a builder who was honest, who would stand by both his work and his word and would still be around after he sold us a house. My husband is in the building industry and knows too well what can happen with builders – that there have been those who build a home, sell it, and then promptly disappear, never to be heard from again. However, we had nothing at all to worry about with Goodale Homes. Chris allayed all our fears. We’ve now been in our home for 16 months, and Chris has always been available to us to answer questions and to deal with the very few minor issues that came up in the first year of owning our house.
The house itself reflects Chris’ attention to detail. Our custom home is full of details that set our house apart from most of what we see around us. Everything -- from the siting of the house, the floor plan, the trim detailing, the combination of materials used on the exterior, the cabinetry and countertops, even to the wiring and the layout of the basement – everything shows Chris’ attention to detail, his forethought and foresight, his perfectionism, and his creativity. Our home is beautiful and unique without standing out as an eyesore within our subdivision. The one comment that we get when people visit us is “WOW!” Indeed, the “wow factor” is what sold us on his house to begin with. Back in 2005, during a two-day trip from California, we looked at 30 houses in Missouri, from the North of Kansas City and down to the south, and the home built by Goodale Homes is the ONLY one that elicited that “wow” response from us.
Then, there is Chris himself. Chris is professional, honest, trustworthy, organized, and communicative, and he has been timely in all aspects of our dealings with him. The way he conducts himself and his business has garnered our utmost trust and respect -- so much so, that when it came to finish our basement, we called on him. After receiving a highly reasonable and fair bid on the cost of finishing our basement, we decided to go for it. The basement project has been underway for over a month, and Chris has exhibited all the qualities that so impressed us when we first met him. We are so happy with Chris, his ideas, and his expertise, that we have also asked him to build us a sunroom. We have no doubt that Chris will continue to exhibit the same care, attention to detail, and professionalism that he’s exhibited as long as we’ve known him. We know that if we ever sell our home and buy that 40 acres we’re dreaming of, we will not hesitate to call Goodale Homes to build us another wonderful house! The bottom line is: if Chris Goodale is building it, you know it’s going to be done right and at a reasonable price.

| We recently purchased a new home from Goodale Homes.
We had looked at a number of new construction homes in the area and noticed that the quality and workmanship of Goodale Homes far exceeded what we observed in homes by other builders.
As with any new home, there were a few minor repair items that we wanted the builder to look at for us. They were very cooperative and helpful in getting these issues resolved. The builders themselves took the time to follow-up personally to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.
We would definitely purchase another home from Goodale Homes. If you are looking for a builder that truly cares how happy you will be with your investment for years to come we recommend Goodale Homes!
